You really only need a little bit of it....
A small amount of Cooling-Menthol Paste (approx. 1-3g) mixed with other fruity hookah Squeeze varieties already produces a very intense, long-lasting Cooling & Menthol aroma and increases the smoking time!
Simply stir the contents (to mix it up) and then spread some paste into your Shisha Bowl.
It’s as simple as that.
Hookah Squeeze Cooling gives you all the fantastic taste of Shisha, but without the harmful effects that come with Tobacco based Shisha.

Due to its creamy consistency, Hookah Squeeze Cooling combines perfectly with your shisha flavour during mixing!
Decide for yourself: either use it by it self or place on top or below normal shisha flavour.
Less is more - Squeezy is very productive!
Beginning with a small quantity of Hookah Squeeze Cooling paste is recommended. If you would like an even more intense flavour, consider using more paste in your next bowl. When smoking the paste without tobacco, it requires slightly more heat initially. For optimal flavour, once you have placed your charcoal on top of your bowl, allow it to heat up for around 10 minutes before smoking
